Salary:

Entry level starting at $204,443/yr with a $100,000 sign‑on bonus.

Field: Atrium Health Mercy, located in the Elizabeth neighborhood, Charlotte, NC. The hospital specializes in orthopedics, bariatrics, urology, neuro & ortho‑spine and vascular surgery, with more than 14,000 OR cases and 3,000 NORA cases per year.

Position Highlights AH‑Mercy offers a comprehensive surgical anesthesia program within the Musculoskeletal Institute (MSKI). Cases include total joint replacements, sports medicine, bariatrics, vascular, spine, urology and non‑OR (NORA) anesthesia. Same‑day procedures for pediatric patients 8 years and older. Shift options include day, afternoon, overnight call, and 8‑, 10‑, 12‑, or 24‑hour shifts. Weekend and holiday coverage is limited to emergent/urgent cases.

The CRNA team leads airway management, answers Code Blues, and assists with arterial line insertions overnight in the ICU. Committees and teaching opportunities are available through the CMC/UNCC Nurse Anesthesia Program and Wake Forest School of Nurse Anesthesia.

Base compensation within the stated pay range ($85.00 – $136.00 per hour) based on qualifications, skills, experience, and training.

Qualifications

NC RN licensure required.

Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.

CRNA licensure required.

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification from AHA.
