What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build, implement, and iterate on processes to support and scale the Sales function
Drive product activation during trials by providing an excellent customer experience
Support prospects during trials/proofs of concept (POC) of the platform
Identify prospect pain points and assist with customer security assessments and RFPs
Collaborate with the team to improve the trial/POC experience based on insights and trends
What is Required (Qualifications)
At least 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or technical customer support role at a B2B SaaS company
Proven ability to deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions
High degree of technical aptitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to give and receive feedback for cross-functional collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Information Technology or Software Engineering degree
Experience or keen interest in cybersecurity
