Build, implement, and iterate on processes to support and scale the Sales function to achieve revenue targets Drive product activation during trials by providing an excellent experience to customers Support prospects during trials/proofs of concept (POC) of the platform Identify prospect pain points and challenges during trials and assist with customer security assessments, RFPs, and business cases Collaborate with the team to improve the trial/POC experience by identifying insights and areas for improvement Qualifications

At least 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or technical customer support role at a B2B SaaS company Proven ability to deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions High degree of technical aptitude and a willingness to learn Ability to give and receive feedback for process improvements Preferred Qualifications
