Responsibilities
Shape the innovation design and research approach by anticipating future technologies and interaction models
Lead design and research workstreams, ensuring human-centered experiences aligned with user needs
Conduct ethnographic research, usability testing, and trend analysis to uncover opportunities
Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions, translating design insights into clear narratives
Manage and mentor Design & Research direct reports, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of experience in design consulting or UX design
Proven ability to think at a systems level and translate research into customer-centric solutions
Expertise in conducting exploratory research and leveraging data for design decisions
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Science (M.S.) or Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or User Experience Design
Strong background in property and casualty insurance or financial services
Familiarity with human-centered design, AI/automation, and digital transformation approaches
Experience in service design and process design
