Responsibilities
Research and identify potential school and district partners for Book Fairs through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
Qualify leads by understanding prospects' needs and set up appointments for Account Managers
Build relationships with educators and administrators to promote literacy and support school communities
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail, district/territory sales, event management, or customer service
Proficiency with MS Office software and experience with Sales Automation or Customer Relationship Management systems
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills with customers and team members
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with children’s literature, Book Fairs, and school activities
Proven leadership ability and qualities in a sales environment
Experience in marketing and merchandising strategy and execution
