Human Resource Generalist
Job Type: Full Time, onsite (with flexible hybrid opportunity)
The Human Resource Generalist will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company polices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Administer day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, benefit administration, and employee relations.
Pre-screen new applicants.
Conducts background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Support HR Managers with performance management processes and employee development programs.
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding onboarding, benefits, and HR policies and procedures.
Partner with leadership on HR best practices and workplace culture initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of all information and records, both verbal and written.
Establish, maintain, file and audit electronic personnel files.
Maintain requirement employment posters for locations.
Assist HR Managers with policy development, compliance audits, and process improvements.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations' HRIS and talent management systems.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, a plus.
2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel. Experience with ADP a plus!
Excellent interpersonal, communication and critical thinking skills
Work Environment
This position is performed indoors routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Occasional visits to company locations maybe required.
This is a full-time, hourly position with the expected days of Monday-Friday.
Additional availability may be required during business or workload challenges and disruptions.
