Overview
Inside Sales Agent position handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Why Liberty Mutual?
Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Liberty Mutual Insurance; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. Position details
Paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training includes licensing. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls; all incoming warm leads. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment is provided. Work-at-home requirements include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload). Satellite or mobile internet services are not supported. Responsibilities

2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to close sales and communicate well to prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. Strong typing and PC proficiency. Property & Casualty License required after hire (licensing support provided during training for unlicensed hires). About Us / Pay philosophy
The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range reflects market value and progression opportunities within the role. Some roles may include commission and/or bonus earnings as described in the compensation plan.
