Key Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper Role:
The Bookkeeper will record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data The Bookkeeper will maintain and update the general ledger Prepare trial balances and assist with monthly and year-end financial reports Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable The Bookkeeper will organize and maintain financial records for audit and reporting purposes
Qualifications of the Bookkeeper Role:
Minimum of
3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite , especially Excel Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
