Promote and sell the employer's products to prospective customers, making outbound calls to interested patients
Handle inbound calls from patients generated through healthcare professionals' offices or marketing programs
Answer customer inquiries about the employer's products and competitive comparisons
Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into shipped customers
Provide feedback and suggestions to support continuous process improvement
Qualifications
Associate’s degree
2+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment
Strong selling skills and ability to handle objections while relating to customer needs
Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and professional autonomy
Demonstrated strong decision-making, organizational, and prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience coaching colleagues in a team environment to improve selling and technical skills
Expert knowledge of diabetes and insulin pumps
Solid analytical and technical skills
Experience with the Salesforce system
