Promote and sell the employer’s products to prospective customers through outbound calls Handle inbound calls from patients generated through healthcare professionals’ offices or marketing programs Answer customer inquiries about the employer’s product and provide competitive comparisons Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into shipped customers Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations for the Inside Sales team, serving as the main escalation point for customer questions or issues Qualifications

Associate’s degree Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to learn complex technical material, preferably in healthcare/diabetes High degree of customer interaction and communication skills Preferred Qualifications
