Promote and sell the employer’s products to prospective customers through outbound calls Handle inbound calls from patients generated through healthcare professionals’ offices or marketing programs Provide comprehensive answers to customer inquiries regarding the employer's products and competitive comparisons Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into shipped customers Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports Qualifications

Associate’s degree Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment Strong sales results and proven ability to learn complex technical material, preferably in healthcare or diabetes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional role with internal and external stakeholders Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree Experience coaching colleagues to improve selling and technical skills Demonstrated strong decision-making, organizational, and prioritization skills Expert knowledge of diabetes and insulin pumps Experience with Salesforce system Additional Information
