Associate’s degree Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to learn complex technical material, preferably in healthcare or diabetes Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional role with internal and external stakeholders Preferred Qualifications
