Promote and sell the employer's products to prospective customers, making outbound calls to interested patients Handle inbound calls from patients generated through healthcare professionals’ offices or marketing programs Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into shipped customers Provide frequent feedback and suggestions for continuous process improvement Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations for the Inside Sales team, serving as the main escalation point for customer inquiries Qualifications

Associate’s degree Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to learn complex technical material, preferably in healthcare or diabetes Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional role with internal and external stakeholders Preferred Qualifications
