Overview
Sales Representative, Inbound Remote at Liberty Mutual Insurance. This role handles inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads to identify customer insurance needs Consult with customers to recommend appropriate coverages and products Convert leads into policyholders while maintaining high ethical standards and customer focus Work in a remote, paid training environment with licensing included if not already licensed Collaborate with teammates and adhere to schedule requirements (4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, with mid-morning start) Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills Strong typing and PC proficiency Property & Casualty License required after hire (paid training includes licensing if needed) Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through base salary plus commissions. Top performers can earn $85k+ in subsequent years. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. All-in training period extends 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Location and Availability
