What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as a core member of product development squads, focusing on clinical direction and outcomes
Collaborate with Clinical/CD leaders and SMEs to drive evidence-based decision-making within the squad
Advise cross-functional teams on behavioral frameworks and strategies for achieving clinically meaningful outcomes
Partner with Engineering, Product & Design teams to enhance user experiences through behavioral science principles
Use data and metrics to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications)
PhD in Clinical Psychology, Health Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field with specialization in health behavior intervention design
5+ years of postdoctoral experience in a digital health or healthcare technology setting
Proven experience applying behavioral science interventions in chronic condition management (diabetes, hypertension, obesity)
Strong track record of collaborating with Product and Design teams to create engaging user experiences
Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Expertise in Tableau or Amplitude
Unique subject-matter expertise related to the employer's programs
Experience with AI/ML tools in healthcare settings
Demonstrated leadership skills in a remote-first digital healthcare environment
