Job Summary This position reports to the Client Services and Platforms Director. The incumbent leads the Microsoft 365 (M365) Administrators and Support teams and oversees all technical and management functions, including staff, budget, technical solutions, services, architecture, technology management, and project implementation. The incumbent must have a proven background managing large enterprise‑level information technology systems and strong experience managing Microsoft Platforms and the M365 suite (Email, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure, Intune, and other collaboration applications). The incumbent manages the M365 system technical administrators and support teams in a 7 × 24 × 365 critical environment and serves as a leader and resource to both IT and business leadership regarding industry trends and usage. This role owns platform operations, makes architecture decisions, designs and implements integrated solutions, researches emerging products, and often serves as a leadership consultant.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar area, or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience with IT management and communications.
Minimum of three years of supervisory/managerial experience managing a technical team in an enterprise IT environment.
Eight years or more of experience with Microsoft and Microsoft 365 products in an enterprise environment, supporting functions such as:
Email/SMTP Routing/DNS Routing Architecture and Configuration
Active Directory, Intune, Azure, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, OWA
Email Security/Encryption/Legal Holds/Audits
Third‑party Anti‑Spam & Malware solutions
Microsoft native spam, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Encryption, and other security features
SharePoint Architecture builds and implementations
Email Archiving and Retrieval
Knowledge of M365 suite on Windows, iOS, Android devices
Cluster replication and redundancy
PowerShell scripting
Application Development
Windows OS, Microsoft Active Directory, Virtualization platforms (VMware, Citrix)
Project Management experience
Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong leadership and prioritization skills
Strategic thinking for Microsoft Platforms
Stakeholder engagement skills
