What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Support the Director, Client and Partnership Success in managing EMO Health Plan partnerships

Build and maintain relationships with Health Plan stakeholders to manage service delivery expectations

Prepare and deliver partnership reports, identifying trends and actionable insights

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer/member escalations and operational issues

Document and standardize Client Success processes across all partnerships

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management or a similar role

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in healthcare technology or related fields

Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deliverables

Familiarity with advanced Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
