What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and manage IT projects involving hardware, software, and infrastructure from planning to support
Oversee system migrations and deployments as the lead analyst, ensuring smooth execution
Create and deploy operating system images and software packages using SCCM
Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures to support users and IT staff
Provide technical leadership and serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Three years of professional experience in IT, including analyzing, designing, and troubleshooting computer systems
Experience in planning, acquiring, installing, and implementing telecommunications facilities and services
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. according to Department of Homeland Security regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure
Experience with SharePoint and file/print server environments
Completion of internships within relevant IT offices may substitute for professional experience
Additional IT technical experience or education may substitute for formal educational requirements
