The client seeks an experienced System Center Service Manager administrator. Responsibilities include maintaining System Center infrastructure, creating new Service Manager requests, developing workflows in System Center Orchestrator, and working in the Cireson web portal. Daily Duties / Essential Responsibilities
Report to the Chief Information Technology Services, gather and develop requirements for Service Manager requests. Perform administrative tasks and create new requests within Service Manager. Work with System Center Orchestrator to create, maintain, and update workflows. Manage Cireson software, update JavaScript for service requests, and coordinate vendor support. Maintain, update, and patch System Center, Orchestrator, and Cireson. Collaborate with staff, team members, and management across the organization and vendors to collect needed information for Service Manager requests. Develop deliverables and artifacts for technical and non‑technical audiences. Serve as a subject‑matter expert (SME) and point of contact (POC) for Service Manager processes. Recommend improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and reporting to leadership. Act as a liaison between technical team and management from various stakeholders, including executive level management. Provide occasional after‑hours project and platform support. Maintain and patch the Service Manager environment, recommending future improvements. Lead project to migrate existing Service Manager environment to updated standards.
