Promote and sell the employer’s products to prospective customers through outbound calls Handle inbound calls from patients generated through healthcare professionals’ offices or marketing programs Provide detailed product information and competitive comparisons to customers Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into shipped customers Monitor day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales team and manage customer inquiries and issues Qualifications
Associate’s degree Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to learn complex technical material, preferably in healthcare/diabetes Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders Preferred Qualifications
