Promote and sell the employer’s products to prospective customers through outbound calls Handle inbound calls from patients generated through healthcare professionals\' offices or marketing programs Answer customer inquiries about the employer's products and provide competitive comparisons Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into shipped customers Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports while providing coaching and feedback to team members Qualifications
Associate’s degree 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to learn complex technical material, particularly in healthcare/diabetes Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a key cross-functional role with internal and external stakeholders Preferred Qualifications
