Recruiter : Build the foundation for a sales career by learning staffing services, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates for hiring manager meetings, and negotiating job offers. Account Manager : Work with hiring managers to understand goals, run in-person meetings, gather job requirements, and collaborate with Recruiting to fill roles. Sell staffing services and develop long-term client relationships. Professional Recruiter : Identify top talent, match candidates to roles, and maintain ongoing support with consultants to ensure a world-class experience. This role accounts for a large portion of placements. Who We Hire

Base salary ranges from $35,600 to $64,000 annually, depending on office location, plus $5,000 LTIPs. Upon promotion, base salary increases, with additional car and cell allowances and uncapped weekly commissions. Average earnings expectations (illustrative): Year 2: $73,000–$88,000; Year 3: $121,000–$145,000; Year 4: $135,000–$194,000. There are opportunities to win annual sales contests with LTIPs and cash bonuses starting at $7,500–$10,000. Seniority level
