Scrum Master

The candidate must have proven experience managing Agile projects and facilitating Scrum ceremonies using tools like Jira and Jira Align.
Rate Range:
$53/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Scrum Master job responsibilities include:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and progress. Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals. Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and issues that may impact team performance or project delivery. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to maintain a well-groomed backlog and ensure clear communication. Utilize Jira and Jira Align for tracking progress, managing dependencies, and ensuring transparency across teams. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager role. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Pay Details:
$53.00 to $56.00 per hour
