Oversee and manage customer relationships for an assigned book of accounts Effectively prioritize and respond to inbound leads or customer requests for information Leverage CRM data and account insights to identify, pursue, and close opportunities for renewals, cross-sells, or new business Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in CRM and provide timely forecasts Collaborate with Solution Consultants and other Subject Matter Experts to articulate value propositions of offerings What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3-5 years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Extensive experience in selling into the Financial Services industry and field sales experience Experience in the lending compliance industry and managing customer contacts Proficiency in using Salesforce.com as a CRM tool Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
