Job Responsibilities (What to Expect)
Promote and sell the employer's products to prospective customers, making outbound calls to interested patients
Handle inbound calls from patients generated through healthcare professionals’ offices or marketing programs
Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into shipped customers
Provide feedback and suggestions to support continuous process improvement
Coordinate and manage daily operations for the Inside Sales Omnipod Specialists team, serving as the main escalation point for customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree
2+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to learn complex technical material, particularly related to healthcare/diabetes
Self‑motivated with strong decision‑making and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience coaching colleagues in a team environment to improve sales and technical skills
Strong selling skills and ability to relate to customers’ needs and concerns
Familiarity with the Salesforce system
Expert knowledge of diabetes and insulin pumps
