What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Promote and sell the employer’s Omnipod products to prospective customers through outbound calls

Handle inbound calls from patients generated through healthcare professionals or marketing programs

Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads to shipped customers

Provide feedback and suggestions to foster continuous process improvement

Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations for the Inside Sales Omnipod Specialists team

What is Required (Qualifications):

Associate’s degree

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to learn complex technical material, preferably in healthcare or diabetes

Self-motivated with strong decision-making, organizational, and prioritization skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree

Experience coaching colleagues to improve selling and technical skills

Expert knowledge of diabetes and insulin pumps

Experience with the Salesforce system

Demonstrated strong selling skills and ability to relate to customers
