What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Promote and sell the employer's products to prospective customers through outbound calls

Handle inbound calls from patients generated through healthcare professionals' offices or marketing programs

Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into shipped customers

Provide feedback and suggestions to support continuous process improvement

Coordinate day-to-day operations for the Inside Sales team and serve as the main escalation point for customer inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications)

Associate’s degree

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment

Strong selling skills and the ability to handle objections effectively

Demonstrated strong decision-making, organizational, and prioritization skills

Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving results and objectives

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree

Experience with coaching colleagues in a team environment

Expert knowledge of diabetes and insulin pumps

Familiarity with the Salesforce system

Demonstrated energetic, motivated, and positive attitude
