Responsibilities

Promote and sell the employer's products to prospective customers through outbound calls

Handle inbound calls from patients generated through healthcare professionals’ offices or marketing programs

Answer customer inquiries about the employer's product and competitive comparisons

Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into shipped customers

Define, manage, and implement enhancements to processes and systems for the Inside Sales team

Qualifications

Associate’s degree

2+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to learn complex technical material, preferably in healthcare or diabetes

Excellent decision-making, organizational, and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Experience coaching colleagues in a team environment to improve selling and technical skills

Strong selling skills and ability to handle objections effectively

Expert knowledge of diabetes and insulin pumps

Experience with Salesforce system
