What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and develop a team of Account Specialists, providing coaching and performance feedback
Oversee end-to-end renewal processes, ensuring timely execution of quotes and contracts
Drive incremental revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal to support customer value realization
Maintain visibility into renewal performance and ensure CRM accuracy and reporting integrity
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years in account management, renewals, or commercial operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments
Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms)
Advanced English proficiency, both written and oral

Strong leadership mindset with a focus on team development
Deep understanding of pricing, negotiation, and recurring revenue models
Proven operational discipline in driving process consistency
Experience in building collaborative relationships across multiple departments
