Responsibilities
Provide play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in a center-based environment
Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including speech, occupational, psychology, and medical professionals
Coach and empower parents in their child's development, adapting treatment plans as necessary
Maintain documentation reflecting compassionate and ethical care while monitoring progress
Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for early intervention and belief in play-based therapy

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in interdisciplinary teams or settings
Familiarity with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) or other play-based therapy approaches
