What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Deliver play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in a center-based environment
Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including speech, occupational therapy, psychology, and medical professionals
Coach and empower parents as partners in their child\'s progress and maintain documentation of care
Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans to ensure compassionate and ethical care
What is Required (Qualifications)
Master\'s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for early intervention and belief in play-based therapy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with children with autism or related developmental disabilities
