Responsibilities
Deliver play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in a center-based environment
Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including speech, occupational, psychology, and medical professionals
Coach and empower parents as partners in their child's progress and maintain accurate documentation of care
Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans to ensure compassionate and ethical service delivery
Qualifications
Master s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Strong passion for early intervention and commitment to play-based therapy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in delivering early intervention services in a clinical setting
Familiarity with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) approach
