What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Deliver play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in a center-based environment
Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
Collaborate with other disciplines (SLP, OT, psychology, and medical) to align therapy goals
Coach and empower parents as partners in their child's progress
Monitor progress, adapt treatment plans, and maintain ethical documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Passion for early intervention and belief in play-based therapy
Strong communication and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with young children with autism or developmental delays
Familiarity with interdisciplinary care models and collaboration with other professionals
Prior involvement in training or mentoring other clinicians
Knowledge of various ABA techniques and methodologies
