What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies, optimizing growth potential

Influence agents to quote and sell products, executing a sales strategy to grow market share

Complete strategic plans for agency assignments, identifying opportunities and challenges

Communicate effectively with agency contacts, providing professional support and follow-through

Perform additional duties as assigned to support sales initiatives and agency development

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of three years of sales experience

Bachelor's degree preferred

Solid knowledge of Personal Insurance products

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Industry experience preferred, though not required

Ability to multitask and drive results across a large span of control

Experience in analyzing and influencing agency behavior

Capability to learn new programs quickly
