What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies to optimize growth potential
Influence agents to quote and sell the employer's products, executing sales strategies to grow market share
Complete strategic plans for agency assignments to identify opportunities and challenges
Maintain strong communication with assigned agencies, driving results through diagnostics and agreed-upon plans
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the sales team and agency relationships
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three years of sales experience
Must possess strong knowledge of Personal Insurance products
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to manipulate data in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone and face‑to‑face interactions
Ability to multitask and drive results effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree preferred
Industry experience preferred, but not required
Adept interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external customers
Ability to learn new programs quickly and analyze agency behavior
