What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies, identifying opportunities for growth

Influence agency behavior to quote and sell the employer's products, executing strategic sales plans

Conduct agency diagnostics to create strategic plans and marketing strategies for new business development

Maintain strong communication with agency assignments, driving results through collaboration and follow-up

Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall sales objectives

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years of professional and influential work experience

Strong knowledge of Personal Insurance products

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree preferred

Industry experience preferred, but not required

Ability to analyze and diagnose agency behavior effectively

Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new programs

Solid interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external customers
