What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies, optimizing growth potential
Influence agents to quote and sell the employer's products, executing the sales strategy to increase market share
Complete strategic plans for agency assignments to identify opportunities and challenges, and implement marketing strategies
Communicate effectively with agency assignments to drive results and achieve mutual goals
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the sales team and agency partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three years of sales experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Solid knowledge of Personal Insurance products
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask and drive results within a large span of control
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Industry experience preferred but not required
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external customers
Ability to analyze, diagnose, and influence agency behavior
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new programs
