Salary range of $79,400.00 - $130,900.00

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies, optimizing growth potential
Influence the profitable development of agencies and execute sales strategies to increase market share
Conduct agency diagnostics and develop strategic plans to identify opportunities and challenges
Maintain regular communication with agency assignments, providing support and guidance
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three years of sales experience
Must have three years of professional and influential work experience
Solid knowledge of personal insurance products
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong data manipulation skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Industry experience preferred, but not required
Ability to multitask and drive results with a large span of control
Adept interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Ability to analyze, diagnose, and influence agency behavior
