What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Deliver play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in a center-based environment
Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including speech, occupational, psychology, and medical professionals
Coach and empower parents as partners in their child's progress, monitoring and adapting treatment plans as necessary
Maintain documentation that reflects compassionate and ethical care
What is Required (Qualifications)
Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Strong passion for early intervention and belief in play-based therapy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
Familiarity with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) or similar play-based therapy approaches

Involvement in community outreach or advocacy related to autism services
