Responsibilities
Provide play-based, naturalistic ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in a center-based environment
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
Collaborate with speech, occupational, psychology, and medical professionals to align therapy goals
Coach and empower parents to actively participate in their child\'s development
Monitor progress, adapt treatment plans, and maintain comprehensive documentation
Qualifications
Master\'s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Strong passion for early intervention and belief in play-based therapy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in delivering ABA therapy in a clinical setting
Familiarity with interdisciplinary collaboration in therapeutic environments
