What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies
Support independent agencies by identifying opportunities for cross-selling products
Execute sales strategies to increase Travelers' market share within assigned agencies
Conduct agency diagnostics to identify growth opportunities and challenges
Communicate effectively with agency staff to ensure training and product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of three years of sales experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Solid knowledge of personal insurance products
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Industry experience preferred, but not required
Ability to analyze and influence agency behavior
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external customers
