What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies to optimize growth potential

Support Independent Agencies by identifying opportunities for cross-selling Travelers products

Complete strategic plans for agency assignments to identify challenges and develop effective strategies

Maintain strong communication with agency assignments to drive results and achieve objectives

Perform additional duties as assigned to support the sales team and agency operations

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years of professional and influential work experience

Bachelor's degree preferred

Solid knowledge of Personal Insurance products

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Industry experience in property casualty insurance preferred but not required

Ability to analyze, diagnose, and influence agency behavior

Experience in multitasking and managing priorities effectively

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external customers
