What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies, optimizing growth potential and meeting profit objectives
Influence agents to quote and sell the employer's products while executing sales strategies to grow market share
Complete strategic plans for agency assignments to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop appropriate strategies
Maintain strong communication with agency assignments to drive results and ensure training on products and processes
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Solid knowledge of Personal Insurance products
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the insurance industry is preferred, but not required
Ability to quickly learn new programs and analyze agency behavior
Proven multitasking capabilities and ability to manage priorities effectively
