What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage ecosystem partner initiatives and develop strategic plans for growth
Build and maintain relationships with the GitLab field sales organization
Coordinate involvement of GitLab team members to meet sales targets
Design and execute joint business plans with partners
Participate in quarterly business reviews and provide progress reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
3+ years of experience in software development tools and/or application lifecycle management solutions
Strong network across the partner ecosystem in North America
Knowledge of Partner Ecosystems in the U.S. and Canada and the Cloud market
Fluent English with effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel up to 50% and comply with the company's travel policy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience selling open source solutions
Experience with B2B sales
Established personal network within the industry
Interest in GitLab and open source software
Proficiency in using GitLab and Salesforce
