Promote and sell the employer's products to prospective customers through outbound calls Handle inbound calls from patients generated through healthcare professionals’ offices or marketing programs Answer customer inquiries about the employer's products and competitive comparisons Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into shipped customers Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations for the Inside Sales team, managing processes and escalations What is Required (Qualifications)

Associate’s degree 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment Strong sales results and proven ability to learn complex technical material Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional role with internal and external stakeholders How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree Experience with coaching colleagues in a team environment to improve selling and technical skills Strong decision-making, organizational, and prioritization skills Expert knowledge of diabetes and insulin pumps Experience with Salesforce system Tags
