What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Promote and sell the employer’s products to prospective customers through outbound calls

Handle inbound calls from patients generated through Healthcare Professionals' offices or marketing programs

Provide detailed product information, addressing customer inquiries about the employer's offerings and competitive comparisons

Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into shipped customers

Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations for the Inside Sales team, serving as the main escalation point for customer questions or issues

What is Required (Qualifications):

Associate’s degree

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment

Proven ability to learn complex technical material, preferably in healthcare or diabetes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional role with internal and external stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree

Experience coaching colleagues in a team environment to improve selling and technical skills

Demonstrated strong decision-making, organizational, and prioritization skills

Expert knowledge of diabetes and insulin pumps

Experience with Salesforce system
