Promote and sell the employer’s products to prospective customers through outbound calls Handle inbound calls from patients generated through healthcare professionals\' offices or marketing programs Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into shipped customers Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous process improvement Coordinate day-to-day operations for the Inside Sales team and manage escalated customer inquiries What is Required (Qualifications)

Associate’s degree 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to learn complex technical material, preferably in healthcare/diabetes Self-motivated with strong decision-making and organizational skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
