Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Overview The Physician Recruiter is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of physician and advanced practice provider recruitment. This role involves developing and executing strategic recruitment plans, building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, and serving as a key liaison between candidates and hiring leaders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding metrics.
