driven Territory Account Executive

to own new business development across the Pacific Northwest. You’ll run a full-cycle sales motion—from prospecting through close—targeting grocery, food, and retail operators who are ready to modernize their systems. This is a field-driven sales role ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, relationship-building, and tangible impact. You’ll operate like an owner in your territory, helping small business leaders transform their operations through technology that improves profitability and efficiency. Compensation:

100% remote covering Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Employees must live in the territory. Employees must be a US citizen or US Person living in the United States. What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle for your territory, from lead generation to closing, with typical cycles of 2–5 weeks. Build strong relationships with business owners, demonstrating clear ROI and operational improvements. Collaborate closely with the sales development team to maximize qualified pipeline and conversion. Become an expert in the platform’s value proposition, covering payments, POS, and inventory management. Navigate multi-product sales with non-technical buyers in small business environments. Meet and exceed a $1M annual quota across SaaS and payments revenue. Manage a field territory, including driving up to 100 miles per day for customer visits. Ideal Background 3+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle sales experience (SaaS or tech-related preferred). Proven record of hitting or exceeding quota (120%+ attainment, President’s Club, or equivalent). Background selling technology or services into retail, grocery, or related industries (POS, payments, security, delivery, etc.). Experience managing field sales in a territory-based environment. Track record of progression and success within one company (3+ years preferred). Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Energetic and self-motivated with a hunter mentality. Excellent communicator and storyteller who connects with business owners. Competitive, goal-oriented, and coachable. Comfortable managing time on the road and operating independently. Thrives in an environment where performance is rewarded and impact is visible.
