founding Account Executive
to join as the first member of our go-to-market team. You’ll take the lead on introducing our cutting-edge AI platform to new customers, owning the full sales cycle from outreach to close. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, chasing major new accounts, and shaping the future of a company’s sales strategy from the ground up. With a consultative, value-driven approach, you’ll become a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers—bridging customer needs with our product and engineering teams to drive adoption and market growth. Compensation:
$125,000- $160,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience) plus commission and equity. OTE $250,000- $320,000 year one. Commissions are uncapped. Location:

Work on breakthrough AI technology that automates complex IT workflows through natural-language interfaces and intelligent agents. What You’ll Do
Own the complete sales process from prospecting to close within a B2B SaaS environment. Target enterprise-level customers and develop deep, consultative relationships with IT and technical buyers. Shape the sales playbook, processes, and tools for future GTM hires. Partner closely with leadership and product teams to provide feedback that influences roadmap direction. Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events (occasional travel required). Ideal Background
4+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience in a quota-carrying closing role. Proven success selling technical products to IT or security teams. Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets. Skilled at managing 1–4 month complex, consultative sales cycles. Experience working in a fast-paced, outbound-driven, and competitive environment. Prior experience as an early Account Executive at a startup preferred. Bachelor’s degree from a competitive academic institution (or equivalent practical experience). Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, high-performance environments. Excellent communicator and persuasive storyteller. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Operates with urgency and accountability. Enjoys collaborating cross-functionally with technical teams. Seniority level
